Casa Ole in Pearland

Came here just for drinks and appetizers. Both were great. Service was good too. Very festive decor and the food was pretty good too. The RR was nice and clean. Have to admit i was not disappointing coming here. Was a Saturday and they had Corona on special, good deal.

Fresh to order. Impressed since I have not been in years.

Placed an order over phone, had to repeat the order multiple times; then had them repeated it back correctly. Only to find out it was missing three items. When called to inform them of the missing contents, person on the phone (presumably) a manager wanted to argue with me about what i ordered. Maybe you should speak to the person who repeated my order back correctly and didn't enter it into the system. Other than that, everything was fine.

Food is decent. Prices are good. Main complaint is my order is almost always wrong or missing something. I don't even order anything complicated or make changes either... 🤷‍♀️

About a month ago, I called in a to-go order to pick up for a friend who was recovering from surgery. After the order was called in, my friend asked for an additional item. When I got there, I asked for it to be added, and they were very nice about it, even though it was busy during the dinner rush. All of the employees were very kind to me, checking to make sure I'd been helped & offering to bring me something while I waited. The order was ready very quickly, and the service was outstanding. My friend was very happy with her food.

It's enough we have to deal with covid! Trying to support our neighborhood restaurants, orded 2 spinach enchiladas dinners, got something completely different!! Too tired to return and wait for another order!! Very disappointed!!

This has been twice that they've messed up my order. The food was cold I'm not satisfied at all. It needs a new manager. Anna the manager was very rude.

Haven't eaten here in years, but still the same delicious food. The price was still very reasonable too.

I enjoyed my early Saturday dinner today! I had the two for $21 so I won’t have to cook over the Labor Day holidays or my son will eat it. The chips and guacamole were fantastic. My entree was spinach enchiladas with a a white cream sauce was the bomb.

Got a to go order today. It was ready quickly and the order was totally correct (we all know that doesn't always happen at many places). As always, every employee I interacted with was friendly and courteous. I always get good service here whether I'm eating there or getting it to go.

My favorite is the sampler platter, a little bit of everything without the sides. Best one yet.

The food was good and came out hot. Also if you want to know what good service is like ask for Kayla. She is fast, prompt and a pleasure to talk to. She had a number of tables but was able to handle them all at the same time and answer every question given to her.

Been twice this year and was disappointed. The food wasn't great, the drinks were horrible and watered down. The second time they forgot something in my to go order and again, the food wasn't great. You can better food and drinks somewhere else.

The food was grate and so was the margarita and very nice and polite and good service they are

The Laredo dinner was hot and delicious. Dr Pepper was excellent! Waiter forgot to bring the chopped onions and extra napkins. Service was adequate. I appreciate the fact that the manager stops by to ask us about food.

Everything at Casa Ole a was good no complaints the waiter was very very helpful his punctuality when we needed something he was right there and yes I will go back and eat a good dinner and I know casaole will come through thank you!!🥑😁.

Went there midday so it wasn't busy at all and we were seated immediately. Server was very polite but only issue is he brought us appetizers before he brought our drinks out. Huge no-no in the dining business. The manager came by to check on us and he actually had to go and get our drinks. But our dishes came out fast, hot, and fresh. And the food was good. So if it weren't for that little mishap by our server, would have given them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

The food was very tasty and the service was excellent. They make sure you have plenty to drink as well. They are taking extra precautions during the COVID 19 pandemic and you feel quite safe. I enjoyed my time there tonight.

The food was great. The service was ok. The young lady answering the phone was not good at all. In a matter of 5 minutes she ignored us or cut us off at least 10 times. She never said excuse me or give me a second. She just kept ignoring us. Thankfully we are used to the food here, and it never lets us down.

I called in food to cassoulet their special fajitas and I told him I was in Friendswood and I wouldn’t take it would take me longer than 10 minutes to get there they already prepared the food and I was sitting waiting for me and it was cold right wasn’t happy

Waitress was awesome and food came out quickly... probably because it tasted fresh from the microwave. Won't be back.

Great happy hour prices. Good food. Music changed genres from Mexican to Pink Floyd to whatever so that's cool. Good frozen margaritas! No complaints.
